Return Policy
OUR GOAL:
At Alan Mizrahi Lighting, we are committed to offering the highest quality products at competitive prices, and we sincerely hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer an exchange within 60 days of delivery. If you wish to exchange your item, please review the following policies regarding exchanges, cancellations, and damages. Kindly note that you have 48 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order before it enters production.
DELIVERY:
Alan Mizrahi Lighting partners with the most reliable carriers based on the size and delivery location of your item. We ask that you use caution and inspect your delivery thoroughly upon receipt.
- Inspection: Upon delivery, please inspect your products before signing the delivery form. We recommend opening and checking the items immediately.
- Damage or Discrepancy: If the item is damaged or does not match your order, please note the issue on the delivery form and contact us immediately.
- Unsatisfactory Goods: If you are not satisfied with the item upon delivery, make sure to note this on the delivery form and reach out to us right away.
- Large Item Deliveries: For larger pieces delivered by special-handling couriers, we ask that you follow the same inspection procedures as for smaller deliveries.
- Repairs & Deficiencies: We are committed to repairing any faults and addressing deficiencies in the products.
- Damage Claims: All claims of damaged goods must include photos showing the damage.
EXCHANGES:
As all our products are custom-made to order, we do not offer refunds. However, exchanges for another item of equal value are available. If you select an item of greater value, the price difference will be the responsibility of the buyer. You may initiate an exchange within 60 days from the delivery date.
For exchanges, please note:
- A 10% restocking fee will apply to the item being exchanged.
- The buyer is responsible for shipping costs to return the item and to receive the exchanged item. The exchange shipment must occur within 60 days of the original delivery, using the same delivery service that Alan Mizrahi Lighting used.
- Condition of Returns: All returned items must be in the condition they were received, including the original packaging and all parts. The order number must be clearly visible on the package.
- Damage During Transit: Care must be taken to ensure that the product remains in good condition while in transit or in your possession.
We will provide exchange instructions within 2 weeks of receiving a return for damage or exchange requests, provided the conditions above are met.
EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:
- Timeframe: Exchanges must occur within 60 days of receiving the product.
- Assembly Damage: We cannot accept exchanges for items that have been damaged during assembly by the buyer.
- Responsibility for Care: If you decide to exchange the item, you are responsible for the goods until they are returned to us.
- Non-returnable Items: Alan Mizrahi Lighting cannot accept exchanges or replacements for products that have been damaged, personalized, modified, or used in any way that prevents them from being returned in original condition.
- Pre-Assembly Checks: Before assembling any item, ensure all parts are checked and in perfect condition.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:
To initiate a return or exchange, please include your order details with the item(s) being returned, as these are necessary for processing. Once the return is received, our customer service team will contact you within 2 weeks to discuss further steps.
- Condition for Return: All returnable products must be in the same condition as when they were delivered to you.
- Order Number: Please ensure that the order number is clearly visible on the returned package.
- Packaging: Ensure the product is returned with all parts and in the original packaging. Proper care should be taken while the item is in your possession and during return transit.
