Return Policy

OUR GOAL:

We aim to provide the best quality products at affordable prices, and truly wish you will be pleased with the product you have ordered from us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the purchased item within 60 days after delivery of the goods. If for any reason you would like to exchange your original item, please take note of the following policies about exchanges or damages. You also have 48 hours cancellation time, before item goes to the production team.

 

DELIVERY:

Alan Mizrahi Lighting uses the best carrier available depending on size of item and the location of the delivery. We ask that you still use good practice and judgment when accepting deliveries.

 

-We ask you to check that your delivered products have arrived in perfect condition, before signing the delivery form, so please open and check your order when you receive it.

-If the delivered item does not match your order, or is damaged, please note this on the delivery form and contact us immediately.

-If you are not satisfied with the goods upon delivery, please note this on the delivery form and contact us immediately.

-Larger pieces are delivered by special-handling couriers, we ask that you follow all the same procedures for these deliveries as well.

-We will repair any faults on our delivered products to your satisfaction and make good on any deficiencies with the products ordered.

-All damaged goods claims must be accompanied with photos showing the damages in question.

 

EXCHANGES:

As all our orders are custom, made to order items, we do not offer refunds. However, you may exchange your order for another item of equal value (if greater value, the customer must pay the difference in price). You have up to 60 days after you have received your order to initiate an exchange of your order. In the case of an exchange order, you will be charged a restocking fee equal to 10% of the cost of the piece being replaced and the buyer will be responsible for paying shipping charges to return the item back to the seller as well as the cost to ship the exchange item (the shipping of the exchange item must take place within 60 days of initial delivery using the same delivery service Alan Mizrahi Lighting used to ship the product).

 

-All returnable products have to be in condition in which they were delivered to you.

-Goods to be returned must clearly show our order number on the package.

-Please ensure that the goods are returned with all parts and the original packaging.

-Applicable care has to be taken while item is in your possession or in transit.

 

We will issue exchange information within 2 weeks of receiving an item for changes or damages only if the previous conditions are met.

 

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:

 

-All exchanges must take place with in 60 days of recieving products.

-Please note that we cannot exchange self-assembled goods which have been damaged by the buyer during assembly.

-If you would like to exercise the right to exchange the goods you assume responsibility to take care of the goods until they are returned to us.

-ALAN MIZRAHI LIGHTING cannot accept exchanges or product replacements in situations where the goods have been damaged, personalized, modified, or otherwise used in such a way as would make it impossible for them to be returned to us.

-All items and parts of each piece must be checked prior to assembly.

 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

Please include your customer order details with the item(s) to be returned, as these are necessary for processing a return. Once received, the items they will be checked and our customer service team will contact you with in 2 weeks of reception to discuss all further actions.
