DESCRIPTION:
A fine carved star form rock crystal chandelier with antique brass finished frame. Available in nickel plating and the frame the height can be adjusted. This surprising chandelier is precious enough due to difficulties to find blocks of rock-crystal reaching for quality and density. It is rare to be able to extract large needles in sufficient quantity to make a chandelier. Rock crystal has always been a precious mineral through time, from Antiquity to the Renaissance, it was found in palaces and cabinets de curiosity, sometimes in their natural state called "Etat brut", or cut in pointed shapes without any other artifice.
