DESCRIPTION:
The striking Ellisse Mega Downlight LED Suspension Lamp was designed by Federico Palazzari for the Italian company Nemo. The Italy-based Nemo was founded in 2012 and has incorporated the ideas and designs of creatives such as Federico Palazzari, the company's founder and CEO. He is the key designer and his work is characterised by its simplicity and elegance. The elegant Ellisse Mega Downlight LED Suspension Lamp was designed using cutting edge technology in tandem with simple design principles. The lamp comes with a circular hoop that is slender and made of aluminium hoops with LEDs fitted in a linear manner. With this arrangement, the user can change the angle of the hoop to spread light in the desired direction. This aluminium hoop helps to keep the mass of the diffuser as low as possible. The aluminium helps in protecting the lighting fixture from corrosion by forming an oxide coat that is resistant to corrosion.  When the lamp is not in use it blends unobtrusively into the background. The lamp has a canopy diameter of 22cm and a cable length of 250cm. Its width is 186cm and it has a depth of 95cm.
