DESCRIPTION:
Sculptural interventions by the artist, on hexagonal, architectural pendants. The pair of cast bronze asps, coil and writhe through the top and bottom rings, each clasping a striking tassel in their mouth, back lit by a warm glow through parchment-coloured panels. A deep verdigris patina, evocative of excavated artefacts underscores the ancient narrative. Two opposing versions available, each with different postures of the asp. The passementerie tassels can be customised upon request. It's Overall height 55" and overall width 18".
