IQ4747 Glass Armed Ceiling Light

DESCRIPTION:

A wide ceiling fixture built from curved glass arms that sweep outward from a central brass core, each one ending in a small illuminated tip so the piece reads as a ring of light rather than a solid mass. The arms are formed by hand, and the glass carries the faint irregularities of blown work, which softens the light as it passes through and keeps the fixture from feeling mechanical. At 53 inches across it suits a dining room, a hotel lobby or a double-height entrance where a compact pendant would be lost, and the open structure lets it sit in a room without blocking the view.
